We bought a table from IKEA that was a bar table and cut down the legs to make it regular height. We bought pine planks to distress and make them look like barn wood. We then glued the planks to the table and stained it with Varathane stain. What wasn't show in the video was the top coats of clear Varathane finish. We did about 10 coats to ensure it was a solid finish fit for a table top.
