This is a simple ''IKEA Hack'' for a chic and super glam vanity ....

What You'll Need:

IKEA EKBY Alex Shelf with drawers
Wood Table Lege (27.5'') Tapered
6''x8'' Shelf Brackets
Cherry oil wood stain
Table Leg straight top plate

Instructions

Spray paint the shelf brackets white with a paint and primer
Stain the tapered legs with a cherry wood stain
Assemble the Alex Shelf
Using wall anchors (50lb anchors were used for this project) secure the shelf brackets to the wall
Secure the Alex shelf to the brackets
Attach the straight top plates to the Alex shelf
Screw the tapered legs to the plates

Turn rubber door mats into your own version of the West Elm Morocco headboard with ease ....

How to:

Paint the mats (spray paint works best).
Cut a piece of plywood the size you want your headboard to be. Remember to the the size of the mats into account as well. Two mats side by side make the perfect width for a queen size bed.
Paint or stain the plywood. If you want the piece to look more like the West Elm version, paint the plywood the same color as the wall so it looks as if the is no backing.
Attach your mats to the plywood. We used a finish nailer.
Trim out the piece to finish things off.
