Julie Morgan, a top celebrity makeup artist, shares DIY tips to brides on how to create the perfect dramatic eye for an evening wedding.

The first step in creating a dramatic eye is to use an eyeliner above your lashes, then set it with a deep toned powder. Morgan recommends a gel eyeliner to increase wear and longevity.

Next, Morgan applies individual lashes and nestles them in to make them appear as your own. After eyeliner is set, apply a medium eye shadow across the lid and into the crease of your eye. Morgan recommends a warm matter shadow similar to the color of your hair for a dramatic smokey effect.

Next apply eyeliner to the underneath lashes, blending it out with the powder.

Finally, use mascara to blend your eyelashes starting from the base. As a final touch, use the warm color from the crease and blend in through lower lash line to create a warm look to your dramatic eye ....
