OK, what woman does not want long, full eyelashes. And because we're sure most of us (if not all) would be more than happy to achieve that sexy eyelash look, we bring you a number of tips that will not break your bank account ....
Clean your eyelashes by gently washing your eyes each and every day to remove makeup and dirt.
Massage you eyelids to stimulate the hair follicles.
Brush Eyelashes with a small comb (there are plenty of eyelash combs out there) to increase the growth of your eyelashes.
Apply Olive Oil on your eyelids every night to soak up all the minerals and vitamins in Olive Oil.
Green Tea applied to your eyelashes with a cotton ball can also increase growth.
Apply Vaseline before you go to bed, swipe a bit of Vaseline on your eyelids. Also with a clean mascara wand apply some Vaseline on your eyelashes (just as if you were applying mascara) and coat both sides of your eyelashes thoroughly.
Apply Castor Oil to both eyelids and eyelashes just before you go to bed for same reasons as Olive Oil above.
Vitamin E Oil, Castor Oil and Coconut Oil. Mix equal parts of all three products in a small container and mix well. Apply to eyelids and eyelashes before you go to bed.

Parsley
Parsley serves as a purification agent that helps heal the sty quickly. You need to put some parsley to boiling water and bring it to a boil. Wait for it to cool down, then dip a clean cloth in it and apply the soaked cloth onto your eye. Relax for some time, and repeat this procedure quite a few times throughout the day.
Aloe Vera
Eye sty is an extremely discomforting condition that requires something that could soothe its inflammation. Aloe Vera serves to be that something that soothes inflammation, reduces redness and swelling owing to its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Simply rub the gel on the affected part twice a day on a regular basis, and you will see a speedy recovery.
Potato
Potato has some real astringent properties, which makes it an ideal home remedy for sties. Grate a potato, wrap it in cheesecloth and place it over the affected area. Doing this quite a few times in a day would bring a quick relief in pain and inflammation.
Metal
One of the oldest home remedies that people have used since ages to get rid of an eye sty. Simply rub some metal like a nail, or a ring on the affected part. It immediately soothes inflammation and helps it to heal quickly.
Julie Morgan, a top celebrity makeup artist, shares DIY tips to brides on how to create the perfect dramatic eye for an evening wedding.
The first step in creating a dramatic eye is to use an eyeliner above your lashes, then set it with a deep toned powder. Morgan recommends a gel eyeliner to increase wear and longevity.
Next, Morgan applies individual lashes and nestles them in to make them appear as your own. After eyeliner is set, apply a medium eye shadow across the lid and into the crease of your eye. Morgan recommends a warm matter shadow similar to the color of your hair for a dramatic smokey effect.
Next apply eyeliner to the underneath lashes, blending it out with the powder.
Finally, use mascara to blend your eyelashes starting from the base. As a final touch, use the warm color from the crease and blend in through lower lash line to create a warm look to your dramatic eye ....
I don't know about you, but in my opinion, the cat eyeliner has always been ever fashionable, very flattering for most eye shapes and presents a sultry, mysterious feel.
Personally, it has been a very difficult look to create and believe me when I say, I have tried more times than I like to admit. But with these six simple steps (above), any one of us can achieve the perfect cat eye.
